Hi Morgan! Wow does that question hit home!! I completely understand your quandary. I can only share from my own experience....I learned two lessons. First, as I rotated my beliefs, I learned to trust in myself, accessing the innate truths I found there, begin honest with myself, considering my own opinoins and feelings. Second, I learned that that same innate truth is within every person. I began reaching out to others, taking the risks to share parts of myself with others, connecting with their truths. Even though we are individuals, we are still families, friends, and acquantances. Begin journaling and reaching out to others. Begin seeking your truths and letting go of those that are not serving you. You owe it to yourself to make your life about you. Life is short. Thanks so much for stopping by. Joolz
