Part Seven — what you experience is the world according to you

When 2024 pulled up to the gate and rang the doorbell, I answered by opening the book “The Untethered Soul” by Michael A. Singer.

Mr. Singer doesn’t waste any time and begins with the not-so-simple task of awakening consciousness. I’m still in chapter one.

In an effort to share my journey, learn about and have faith in myself, I’m sharing my journal entries here. I respect that your life experiences and soul journeys may look very different from mine and ask only that you respect my soul journey as well.

Lesson Seven: What you experience is the world according to you

Mr. Singer’s prompt: “Today, spend time noticing what parts of reality you narrate. Many events go by unnoticed, but what catches your attention and why? When is your narrator most active? What stimulates that inner dialog?”
